To change the snap type - [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow]
To change the move snap size - [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow]

Shortcuts for Snapping in UV Editor
The shortcuts are same as the ones of the modeling editor. See the following snapshot.

World Grid Snap in UV Editor
At last UV editor also has the World Grid Snap. It will help you in the precise UV editing.

V Snap in UV Editor
Now the pivot position of the selected elements are snapping to a nearby vertex position by dragging the mouse holding V key. This will save your time a lot.
